Poor customer service-missing items from Order

There is no number which I can phone to query an order with missing items... there is only a whatsapp line,which is not being attended to at all. My query is currently going into the 1hour mark with no response at all. This is really poor customer service. Order #DFD*** Order incomplete missing items from order. Two (2) Texas BBQ bacon king 3.0. burgers. Two (2) medium drinks One (1) medium chips These are a lot and expensive items not to received. Order received 18:50 Query logged my help request 18:55 With proof of pictures sent. It's 19:55 now... and no response received.. This is 1hour mark. This is really sad....
