Poor customer service from Mr D consultant

Very bad after service from Mr Delivery, I recieved a food product that looked like it has mould on it. I sent a help request and had to email back and fourth for three hours , the consultant was not helpful at all, I had to constantly resubmit photos of the product making me feel as if I had to convince her that the item was mouldy.
