Poor customer service

Ordered from Mr delivery on 26th August. Took my money but order could not be delivered beacause of stock not in shop. So money goes to credit wallet where you can request for it to be paid back into your bank acc. Which i dit...was only suppose to take 5 days..still waiting ..few excuses later plenty of mails send and now Fatima at mr D Food just say merged into request. Customer service from head office is poor .i want my money back and will never support mr delivery again. Poor customer sevice.
