Poor Customer Service by Mr D!

It has been OVER A YEAR!!!! I received the most horrible service from a Mr D Driver. The driver was disrespectful and refused to hand over my food that I paid for beforehand! I still have not received a refund or even a call as I was promised by one of the agents. For someone that uses the app regularly I’m absolutely disgusted in the customer service!
