Poor customer service

The level of customer service provided by your agents is atrocious. I was assisted by a lady called Nthuseng. She firstly did not want to listen to my query in full, she was rude and did not put a supervisor on the line when I requested for one. She kept me on hold for over 10 minutes before the line cut.

I have been trying to resolve this query with MR D for over 2 weeks and no one seems to be willing to assist.
