Poor customer service

I been having number of complaints with my orders that the Mac Donald has been giving me for the past week and it's said Mr D is the one to lay your complaints to but somehow they only get one part of their job done, not only drivers giving me defficulties with getting my orders I'm always told to come get my meals at the main road at 10pm, not only is it Risky put poor customer service.. The one that tops it all up is the fact that I need to do a back and forth emailing them to make sure they look into my complaints. Its another thing if the orders get sponsored or they pay for the meals but with my own freaken money having to settle for disgustingly made burgers and wrong orders being sent.... Definitely Its a No!!
