Poor customer service

I ordered hardbody chicken and Mogodu at I khitshini Sanridge square using Mr delivery app and they delivered only the chicken. I called Mr delivery and I spoke to a consultant that kept me waiting until my airtime was finished. I wrote an email and Chivano responded by saying they will give a coupon of R35. I rep**** and said they can come and fetch their food and refund me my money. They never responded back. I feel disrespected and disappointed by the service they provided to me . It seems like they allow their restaurants to treat people like ****.
