Poor Customer service.

Last night I ordered food from the Mr D app. With my meal I also ordered milkshakes. When the food eventually got here one of the milkshakes was spilled and half of it was lost. There was milkshake all over the cold drink bottles. And the fries were also ice cold.

I did complain about paying R54 for a milkshake that was half. But they refuse to get back to me or give me a refund or credit. I've sent emails but they don't reply.
