Poor customer service

So the driver from Mr Delivery says I have to come out of my complex and onto the road to collect my order because he will not come in as he is not allowed but my wife and I have been ordering all week and it hasn't been a problem and then the driver still has an attitude about it. I give a customer service every day I expect one as well Sort your story out
