Poor Customer Service

We ordered an assorted Chow mein from Asia Yummy in Glenvista via the Mr D app with the strict instructions of NO PORK, NO BEEF and NO DUCK as my partner cannot eat any of these.

However, when the food was delivered it had beef and pork. We then drove to Asia House in hopes that they would correct this issue, however they were no help. They refused to assist and refused to at least give us a refund and told us to get hold of Mr Delivery. According to Asia House Mr Delivery had not communicated that there should not be any pork, beef or duck. The fact that the restaurant was not willing to help whatsoever even though we are regular customers was absolutely disappointing.
