Poor customer Service

I spoke to Veronica at the customer service department, I has an issue that I dis r not recieve the incorrect order she hang up the line then I called again she told that her ma.gwr says I recieved the correct order when I asked ro speak to the manager they put on hold and I have been holding for hours,days,months and years.
