Poor customer care Mr Delivery

Food order problem and MrD food delivery app asks you to respond with your rating after delivery - I complained about the food quality and a day later I am still waiting for a response. Have you tied to call MrD customer service line - all options are non functional. Disgraceful customer care service MrD!!!
