Poor attitude

I ordered kfc, using the mr delivery app for the first time after I saw a friend using it just one week ago, I could have sworn they had those little portable card machines. When my delivery arrived I could not pay in cash, only with my card, I could not. I offered the deliveryman an aditional R40 tip to take me to the closest atm(1-2km down the street) he could not, I offered to eft them the money only to be given alot of attitude. The deliveryman's superior, from whom he had to get permission sent a poor 'voicenote' on whatsapp. I know the mistake was on my side but not having a portable cardmachine(like mc donalds and kfc delivery has) and the unwillingness to help with the added poor attitude really put me off the app. Chances are I would have used it alot too.
