Poor assistance

I have placed an order for a McDonald's meal. The driver got lost, I stated on the delivery notes that the driver must contact me for a live location because the GPS in Alexandra is not accurate. I gave a hint that am located at rooth street. I sent emails several times no one is responding to me and I want my money back. Am 8 months pregnant I cannot go to the restaurant that's why am relying on the MrD app.
