Please return back my R200 Mr. Delivery
I was in Durban on work so I decided to order food at night for my pregnant wife to be delivered in Johannesburg. I contacted Mr. Delivery to find out whether I could buy the food online and have it delivered to my wife in Joburg. I was advised by the Mr. Delivery Call Center to buy a voucher online and then order the food online to be delivered as any other payment method would require me to be present with my card when the food would be delivered. I then proceeded to buy a Mr. Delivery voucher on their website for R200. I waited 10mins for the voucher code and there was still no voucher code so I contacted the Call Center. The Call Center then informed me that they would get back to me to resolve my issue with their ICT. In the meantime I checked my my emails for a voucher number and there was nothing. I asked my wife to send me an email to check whether the problem was with my emails but I got her email instantly. I was only contacted after an 1hr by Mr. Delivery to say that they had sent me a voucher number. By that time I had made alternative food arrangements. I then requested my money back as I had not received the service I paid for but they refused to pay me back.
