Please explain...

<p>I don't understand how Mr D can lose my parcel from takealot.com and then not refund my delivery cost?</p> <p> </p> <p>My order # ********** was refunded by takealot.com within 24h of me contacting them, but what about the R65 delivery cost? It's not a lot but it's a matter of principle. I can now never again order from takealot again.</p>
