Plastic Found in Slice of Pizza

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Debonairs. My partner and I ordered a box pizza, and I was initially pleased with the punctuality of the delivery. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to shock and concern. As I was enjoying my 6th pizza slice, I detected a strange sensation in my mouth. It was something chewable but wouldn't dissolve. Alarmed, I spit it out and was horrified to discover a piece of plastic.

This incident has left me deeply unsatisfied and concerned about the quality and safety of the food being served. I want to address this matter promptly and would appreciate any assistance in reaching out to the head office to ensure such incidents are properly investigated and prevented in the future. This experience has shaken my trust in Debonairs, and I hope for a swift resolution to this issue because Mr Delivery has only sent me a ticket number for my complaint. I'm disappointed
