PIZZA PUG - MR D FOOD

I’ve been using Mr D Food for years, and when they first launched, the service was fantastic—smooth, reliable, and worth the cost. Unfortunately, it seems those days are long gone. Recently, I placed an order that cost around R600, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Pizza Pug failed to give the driver an entire pizza from my order, and the one I did receive was a complete mess—squashed and barely edible. To make matters worse, Mr D’s attempt to compensate for these repeated issues is to offer a free delivery coupon, but only on another high-value order. Why should customers keep spending more when the service is consistently below par? At these prices, customers expect professional, reliable service. Instead, it feels like quality control has taken a back seat, and customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. Until Mr D Food gets their act together, I won’t be ordering
