Pick, pay (and pay again) and never receive!!!

06 January 2022, I tried to place a food order. The app debited me twice, but my order never went through.

The restaurant confirmed no order was received, and I could not track anything on the mr d app.

I’ve been debited twice for food I never received and Mr D’s response is “speak to your bank.”

Disgusting! Your shoddy service has cost you at least one customer. Will not use Mr D again.

Uber eats is much cheaper anyway! Recommend everyone migrate.
