Delays until order is cancelled

I use pick n pay on Mr delivery quite a lot. I don't go more than 2 days without ordering from them . But I must say the delays and inconsideration of their ETA's has made the experience extremely unsatisfactory. My order was accepted at 17:05 and it's not 7:43 and it has not arrived. Chances are it won't get delivered tonight as this is what they do, they delay the. Just cancel the order after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I am so tired of complaining today because they fix nothing.
