Payment Received No Delivery

Made a payment thorough Mr Delivery for KFC ,my Payment was successful however KFC didn't receive the money ,I had to make numerous call ,waste my airtime, time and energy only to be told my last money will be refunded back into my account in 3 days ,now I can't place an order anymore because I dont have sufficient funds in my account, this is just bull****
