Payment made, no food, no refund!

A week ago, my husband who is currently overseas ordered food for myself using the Mr Delivery online service. He has done this numerous times without a problem. Last week however Mr Delivery Menlyn claimed that the payment and order did not go through even though the amount has clearly been deducted. We have called numerous times, send emails with bank statements proving that the money has been deducted, only to be given the run around and now being completely ignored! I am appalled that Mr Delivery will go as far as cheating it's customers out of their money! I will NOT be in support of a company with such immoral business practices!
