Payment Deducted, No Delivery

On the 10th of June I called Mr Delivery Bryanston to place an order and the line was busy so my call went through to the national office, they took my order and credit card details and payment was deducted, about an hour later I was called by someone from Mr Delivery Fourways asking me to order from a different restaurant as they don't service the one I ordered from, I told them the order was already paid for and I order though Bryanston and not Fourways, the lady then offered to call the Bryanston office to clear up the misunderstanding but I said I'd place the call myself. The branch manager at Bryanston told me they don't serve my area and I told her I've been ordering from their branch for years, she said they stopped delivering in December and I asked if head office was aware since they took my order and payment, this was followed by a rude exchange. Long story short I was promised a refund within 24 hours and two weeks later I'm still waiting. Didn't even get an apology, the service was appalling and I don't want to waste another breath engaging with the manager.
