Pay my money back

Pay back my money.

I placed an order on the 25th of June at Spur, Money was debited out of my card and i had written the correct address for delivery however the driver went to the wrong address and called to say his cancelling the order, few munites later a guy called to say they will refund my money to my bank but to my surprise that has not been done. Someone please get back to me soon as possible am angry fumming right now.
