Pay my money back

@mrdfood poor service. On 29/05/2020 I was debited 3 times for an order that was never received. R213.78 X 3 for an order that I didn't get!!! #mrdfoodmustfall #******* #paybackthemoney #poorservice

That was my tweet and the email me telling me they will pay me back and I have had 5 defferent people telling me they are lookin g in to this matter however I am still waiting for them to pay my money back.
