Pay for service that I never received

It's really frustrating that I have been running around for my money to be issued back to me .

I placed an order with you over a week ago and it stated as delivered by never received by me I had to sent over 20 minutes on the customer service line ,spending my time and my money for something that's entirely not my fault ,the guy I spoke to was amazing he assured me that my refund will be issued within 3-5 business days but still nothing.

I have been following up with Mr D for over a week and the only response I get is that I should contact my bank, I have contacted my bank several times already and my bank has not received any refund frome you , I totally understand that R214 is not much however I expect to pay for a service that I will receive irregardless of how little the money is .
