Pay back my money Mr D

I am so mad, I just ordered spur meal from Mr Delivery, just after I made the EFT payment my ordered was cancelled and because the store i ordered in is closed, money is not refunded to my account.. I have tried calling all their numbers there is no answer please assist urgently
