Pay back my money

I ordered a pizza last night using the Mr D app,I wasn't home so I was ordering for the family. The driver was communicating effectively till he stopped taking my calls and not responding to my texts.Even when I called him I told him the order was not for me but the family and he was ok .He then canceled my order and this order was paid by debit card,so I obviously expected a refund so I can order Again. Since it was late I then ordered again and the driver delivered and communicated effectively.Using my money again. Mr D is now refusing to refund the money I used for the previous order ,instead of taking the delivery fee only .
