Pathetic useless service

If I could give them a - 10 I would. I ordered mcdees yesterday. They deducted R205 from my account. Order was declined due to high volumes but money was not refunded. I emailed them 3 times and they said it will be refunded within 24hrs and still no refund. Pathetic useless service. I will just stick to using Uber eats.
