Pathetic unprofessional service.

Pathetic service. I placed my order at 18:26, it is 20.55 now. I called the restaurant to follow up on the order, only to be told the order was ready around 19.00 already Eventually. Eventually I got through to customer service. The gentleman said he will follow up and call me back. I am still waiting.

The restaurant closes at 21:00. They have absolutely no problem collecting the money, delivery fee and tip. But ask for delivery.... different story!!

This is not the first Pathetic encounter I've had with them. I'm done with MrD.
