Pathetic Theives

<p>I placed an order using the Mr D Cellphone App. </p> <p> </p> <p>They immidiately deducted the money from my account, however it took forever for the app to complete the rest of the process.</p> <p>Eventually the system came back that it could not place the order due to connectivity issues on their side. </p> <p> </p> <p>The order never went through to the restuarant however the money was out of my account, When I contacted them I was recieved by an extremely arrogant Manager ,Namely Themba, and the only answer I got from him was that the refund takes 3 to 5 working days, he did however say that I could place the order again and pay again.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable, they are very quick to take your money but they refuse to deliver any kind of Service, I for one will never ever use there services EVER AGAIN. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will also never have a good word to say about them to any patrons or restuarants as they give any restuarant that uses them a bad name. </p> <p> </p>
