Pathetic service - Order number DFD***0

I placed an order with Mr D at 19h47,estimated delivery time was 20h47,i sent a query at 21h10 that my order was late only to receive an email that they are looking into it. I called in at 21h30 spoke to an agent who told me the driver is enroute to collecting the order. I called in again at 21h45 for me to be told restaurant cancelled my order, after waiting for 2 hours for it. Could they not have advised me at 21h10 that it was cancelled. Lastly they have the nerve to tell me they will refund my money into a credit wallet whereas they never deducted from the credit wallet but from my bank.
