Pathetic Service Once again!

Spending my Sunday at my work and I place an order from Mr Delivery for food from Ocean Basket. The food arrives 1h30 minutes after its been placed by a very glib driver who removes food for which all the sauce/oils have run into the bag and all over the containers. In addition no utensils with which to eat. <br> <br> Despite having called them thrice- the first time Riaan had informed me they were still within there delivery time despite having seen differently on my tracking order email. The second call had him eventually confirm that the driver was in the lift 20 min after placing the first call. The last call was with the supervisor Rikus when i demanded a refund who then informed me they struggled to find a driver. This is not the first time i experienced such **** service from this company whether its the northern or southern suburbs...I'm unsure as to why i persistently go back to them...We definitely need other companies that provide the same service because MR Delivery sucks.
