PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MR DELIVERY - YOUR EISH IS NOT ACEEPTABLE!!!!!

Absolutely Pathetic Service from MR Delivery. Placed a food order at 11:45am, paid via card and at 13:38pm i am still waiting. Called the driver several times to be told he is 10 minutes away, then to be told EISH and the call dropped!!! Trying to call Mr Delivery Customer service and having to hold for 8 and 5 minutes respectively with NO ANSWER!!!! I requested a refund and have not yet heard back from this pathetic service. So now i sit Hungry while your useless driver is eating my food somewhere!!!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE
