Pathetic service from Mr delivery

I placed my order at 12h40 and my order was over half an hour late. I then called them and get told my order got canceled because the driver is nowhere to be found and burger King wasn't answering. One of the ladies that I spoke to put the phone down on me. I had to call back and got told I could do a replacement order which would take even longer now than the hour I have waited. I was given a R50 coupon on an R150 order what must one do with R50? I told them I wanted a complete refund as the is the most pathetic service I've ever recieved and yet they still refused. I will not be using them again.
