Pathetic service from Mr D and Pick n Pay Palmridge

I ordered at PNP groceries and have been waiting on my order for 3 hours. No communication is been sent and when I call the numbers provided none are picking up.

I ordered when there were drivers and when I check the Mr D app the store is offline and accepting orders for tomorrow (26 December)

I want my refund as services haven't been rendered
