Pathetic service from Mr D

I wish I could rate this as a 0. Third time I've been really disappointed. First two times the orders were damaged. On Friday I ordered and specifically completed a note to exclude beef as we do not eat this due to religious purposes. I triple checked and the note arrow turned green indicating the note was saved. Order arrived home before I got home n my kids tucked in. To my horror I realised that it was NOT chicken but steak and beef in the order. Called the restaurant and they claimed no notes came thro from the Mr D app. Called Mr D who said they would get back to me. 3 hours later a lady who seemed half asleep called me. She did not understand me at all. I had to repeat my issue 6 times. All she said was the restaurant did not receive the note and there's nothing she could do. While I was speaking she sighed and cut the call!!! I logged another complaint and have yet to receive Na response from MR D. App deleted. Despite Uber Eats being a teeny bit more expensive they are 1000% more efficient and reliable. Mr D you guys suck!
