Pathetic service from a leading company

I would just like to thank (sarcastic) the support staff of Mr Delivery for not assisting at all with my query. On the 23rd of July I placed an order on the app, the money was deducted from my account, order number was generated and no order was delivered. Every day I have sent an e-mail requesting feedback on my query, but I just am met with more and more frustration. First I was told to draw bank statements, and I did. Later I was asked to provide proof of payment, which I did (directly from the bank). I was told by Mr D to reverse the payment, which I can't (as the payment was valid and the money has already cleared in Mr D's account) Now I am met with silence as no one wants to answer me anymore. Yet another example of a great concept and exceptionally poor execution. I would just like to mention the cast of support staff who have totally failed to represent their company, Mr Delivery.
