Pathetic service for the second.. You not improving instant you becoming worse

So that's how you will treat customers.. I say my complain and politely asked u guys to come fetch this food and have my refund as I can't pay that much money for cold burger and chips just because u guys did not do your job properly. I want my refund stop telling me about rating the service it was pathetic very pathetic. I want my money I see this is a trend with you guys as this is the second time this happens
