Pathetic service FNB, Takealot Delivery, MR D

Still waiting for my FNB card to be delivered, the gentleman said before 5 today. Tried calling but no one picks up the phone of takealot delivery, just that horrible horrible noise, what on earth is that ??? I think Takealot, you have deliberately made it so irritating to the ear so that no one holds on. Such frustrating service, why or why FNB did you choose Takealot and MR D

Update: my card will be delivered between 1 - 3 tomorrow. I am in an outlying area.... really!!!!!! FNB I know you are trying to cut costs to make more profit but really this is pathetic.

And I have updated my cell number so many times on your system ... but no, you guys phone a number 4 times that say this number no longer exists on the MTN network .... but you couldn't find an alternative way to contact me .... email... landline?????

However failure to pay repay an FNB account and wow every means imaginable is used to get hold of us incl snail mail.

Very disappointed in your lack of customer care!!!!!
