Pathetic service

Mr delivery has a pathetic service. Order was placed n called to follow up with them 45mins later. The consultant advise that her driver is at the store waiting and was told that it a delay in the store. I personally go to the store myself to find their driver not there. Called the Mr delivery custom care again after the lady is not very helpful and then says that the delivery is failed n cuts the call. Come home again n called there service again n speaks to another consultant who then says the driver was there n the food was not ready n he had left. My question is that why was I not informed of this at my first call to them and why wasn’t another driver send to have collected the food. They have an app that used no body ever notified us via the app. On the app it states that the food will be ready in the next 45mins from placing the order. But he arrives at the stores 20mins from placing the order. So how does this app work when the driver is going at the store to early n after us calling the numerous of times then to be told it a failed delivery.
