Pathetic Service

After numerous, almost daily use of Mr D Foods today they decided that they should take my money and not deliever the food. They advised they called me on numerous ocassion where I don't even see one missed call.

They did not hoot or knock on the door as I have been dealing with them and never had a incident like this.

I had numerous incidents with deliveries but not once did I complain about the service because I understand.

Now they want to send such a cold email, to tell me they cannot reimburse me because it was my fault.

Even though, I use them so much.

I have removed the app and will never use there services again.

Pathetic services, especially when I know that I have been a loyal customer using them more than twice a week.

A loyal customer has been lost.
