Pathetic Service

Worst customer service 😒

I placed an order for delivery from burger King. I added a delivery note on the Mr D app for the driver to contact me when he arrives. As I track the order my order was then canceled I called the call center only to be told my order was canceled because the driver couldn't get ahold of me.... no call was made by the driver ....they then refuse to refund me and tells me I can only get a 50% refund..what nonsense service is this .. you failed to deliver my food and then I'm told I get a 50% refund.... at this point I am frustrated... I was assisted by an agent called unathi...instead of trying to help me In whatever way he can he was extremely rude refused to listen gave the most pathetic service.. I asked to speak to a manager I was told there is no manager ...what company has no manager??? He puts me on hold and dropped my call....I call back again and after having to demand my money back I was given a full refund. I was once again told the manager is not available. The main purpose of ordering from Mr D is for convenience and to receive pathetic service is uncalled for...u guys are a bunch of theives...I will never use this service even again! Highly disappointed
