Pathetic service

The service received is absolutely ridiculous Placed an order with them and the order was not up to standard Emailed the support team with regards to my issue and we kept going back and fourth only to be told that they cannot solve the matter as the order was placed a while ago

I mean really common sense will tell you it was a while ago (it was 3 days of back and fourth)if the matter was sorted out immediately I wouldn't have that response

Pathetic service!!!!! I do not recommend
