Pathetic service 😡😡😡

If i could i would rate it in a minus as this was the most pathetic service i have ever received from Mr D. Food that was supposed to be delivered in 43min took an hour and a half. And when the order arrived not all item that was paid for was in the bag. Nor the restaurant or Mr D could be reached for more than 30 minutes that led to an unhappy household. After reaching customer care to reschedule the order for delivery they could not reach the restaurant so it is up to me to replace an order and wait another hour and 30 minutes for delivery. After requesting a refund i was informed it can take up to 5 bussiness days. I did not delay to make use of their business nor did i delay to pay so why should i be the one without proper service. Unhappy customer joining the uber eats family.
