Pathetic Service

My order timed out and wasn't placed. Mr D still debited my account. I have emailed 3 people from Mr D customer care, Azraa, Moegamat and Angel. These 3 people gives me different answers, confirms that I will be refunded etc. I was asked to provide my contact details, someone will contact me to discuss further, I'm still waiting. One week later still no refund. The amount debited and the amount to be credited is lesser. I have sent numerous emails, still no explanation. This was last straw for me, I will no longer be using this service. The prices are anyway a *******.
