Pathetic service!

Really poor service!!!! Mr D accept the order, confirm a delivery time and then you WAIT!!! Finally calling the restaurant, only to be informed that the food is ready, yet they've been waiting for 45 mins for a Mr D driver. Why accept the order in the first place if you know there aren't drivers available?!
