Pathetic service and response

I ordered on Mr Delivery Mind you I spend thousands of rands on these apps for the pure sake of convenience as I have newborn twins and a toddler and a 8 year old, so routine and times are basically my life , I specifically added my address correctly and gave the driver instructions for the pure reason that we have no time to cook let alone go warm food which I just spend R300 to get delivered to me for convenience sake, I messaged the driver like 5 times to tell them they are going in the wrong direction and no one could get back to me, seriously. I was annoyed that I ate food that was cold because I literally had my hands full.
