Pathetic Service and Driver

I ordered food yesterday, order number: #DFD ********** After waiting more than 30 minutes for the food to be delivered. I phoned the driver who I could not understand, he informed me that he was nowhere close to where I was. Later that evening I got a notification that the food was delivered, I did not receive the food. So I paid for the food without ever getting it. When I requested a refund I was told that I would get a phone call regarding the problem I never received the phone call.

I will never use this service again.
