Pathetic service and dishonesty

Worst service ever from the driver to the customer care line!!!driver failed to respond to me on the chat when I advised he is passing my location and still delivered the order to a wrong address.logged a query and was told the food would be delivered in the next 15 min,which was a lie.To date no comms have been made regarding my order.Pathetic service.
